There are two recipes for excellent mixtures to increase immunity.
How to strengthen immunity with natural remedy (applicable for children and adults)
- 100g raisins
- 100gr Almonds
- 150gr nuts
- Peel of two lemons
- 100gr Prunes
- 100gr dried apricots
- 150-300gr Honey
it is very good if you have a chance to add 100g pine nuts- they are excellent source of energy and will contribute for strengthening the immune system
Grind in a meat grinder: the raisins, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts and lemon peel. Add the juice of two lemons in the mixture. Ground previously the peel. Stir. Then, add apricots and prunes. Stir again. Finally, add honey and stir again. Leave it for 1-2 days to stand in a dark place.
1 teaspoon twice a day for children older than 3 years.
1-2 tablespoon three times a day for Adults

- 200gr nuts
- 50ml Brandy
- 1 lemon
- 250 Grams of honey
