Ingredients for Healthy Nutritious Smoothie:

  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Place the spinach, grapes, and coconut milk in a blender. Ice is optional but it’s great for summer hot days; it all depends of the season when you make this smoothie. First time try to make it with coconut milk but second or third time instead of coconut milk you can also use almond milk. It tastes great and it’s full with nutrients that your body needs for the day.
  2. Blend all ingredients until frothy, nice and smooth.
