Calcium-rich foods for PMS

The cold temperature causes blood vessels to reduce inflammation. There’s a reason why cucumbers in particular work even better than ice packs. Prunes are remedies for constipation

Dried plums are rich in insoluble fiber and they are actually the key nutrient to help fight constipation. What is good to know is that the insoluble fiber in fact doesn’t dissolve in water. It creates more bulk so waste can push through the digestive system. Prunes are also fruit which contain 2 substances (sorbitol and dihydrophenylisatin) that act as natural laxatives. It will work much better for our system over time than expensive drugstore constipation aids. The body can actually become desensitized over time to over-the-counter laxatives. First start with just one prune a day and bump up your intake to two if you don’t see a response from your body.
