Shenmen or Heart 7 means Spirit Gate. You can release negative feelings from the inside out while pressing on this point. It will also allow positive influences to flow directly into the body.  The location of Heart 7 can be on the front, anterior side of the transverse crease of the wrist. On the radial side of the ulnar tendon, look for a small depression. If you activate this point you will rapidly contribute not having insomnia, chest pain and irritability. In order to activate this point, lightly massage and press for several seconds.

The acupuncture point: Pericardium 6 – Reduce Anxiety in Very Simple Way

Neiguan or Pericardium 6 means Inner Gate. The location is on the anterior side of the wrist, about 2 finger widths from the transverse crease of the wrist. Pericardium 6 lies between the two tendons that run up the arm. Pressing this particular point can help emit a sensation of peace and positive energy throughout the entire body. It can help with nausea, insomnia, upset stomach, headaches and motion sickness. You need light pressure between the two tendons in order to activate this point. Massage for 4-5 seconds.
