You can lie or sit on your stomach and put only one ice cube on the neck, on the Feng Fu point. Hold it there for 20 minutes, or put something like scarf or bandage to hold it. At the beginning, the cold will feel unpleasant, but in 30-60 seconds you will be able to feel the influx of heat to the point on your neck.

Every morning or before you go to bed, you can repeat this simple method. You will create energy by stimulating the release of endorphins into the bloodstream.
