  • 5 cups Baking soda (360 grams)
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder (available here) or cornstarch powder
  • 2 tbsp and 1 tsp water
  • ¾ tsp eucalyptus essential oil (120 drops)
  • ½ tsp peppermint essential oil (80 drops)

You also need:

  • Small glass bowl
  • Silicone mold or muffin tin
  • Fork
  • Airtight storage container

Instructions for Easy Breath Shower Disks

Pour the baking soda into a small glass bowl, and add the essential oils. Use a fork to break up any lumps from the baking soda, and to mash the essential oils in.

Sprinkle the water over top of the baking soda mixture and use your hands or a fork to combine.

Firmly press the mixture into your favorite molds, or a muffin tray. Let your shower disks dry overnight, and then gently pop them out of the molds.

Store it in an airtight container. To use, place one in the shower and enjoy the aroma. You want to put your shower disk where the water will just barely hit it, but not directly under the shower head. The edge of the tub or the soap dish is great locations. This way the disk will be closer to your nose and won’t just wash down the drain in 30 seconds.
