Ingredients if you make it with Fresh Leaf:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp of fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
  2. First chop the oregano leaves and then place them in two cups
  3. Pour the water over the oregano leaves
  4. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before drinking

Ingredients if you make it with Dry Leaf:

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups of water



  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
  • Put into 2 cups the dried oregano
  • Over the leaves and into the cups pour water
  • Let sit for a couple of minutes before drinking
