  • Cutting board
  • Cheese grater
  • Gloves
  • Chef knife
  • Large glass jars with lids
  • Large bowl
  • Cheesecloth and colander
  • Funnel
  • Plate
  • Bottles or mason jars

Ingredients:

  • 1 part grated fresh horseradish root
  • chopped fresh organic white onion – 1 part
  • 1 part fresh chopped organic garlic
  • fresh grated ginger root – 1 part
  • 1 part chopped fresh hot peppers (you can use cayenne, habanero, jalapeno, serrano, etc.)

Instructions for making Healthy Tonic:

  • Prepare all the ingredients (wash, chop, grate, etc.)
  • Fill ¾ glass jar with equal parts chopped and grated ingredients.
  • Fill your jar(s) to the top with raw apple cider vinegar and be sure to completely cover the ingredients with the vinegar.
  • Close the jar and shake to mix everything up.
  • Store for at least 2 weeks the jar(s) in a dark place. Be sure to shake them once a day. Some people even let them sit for 2 months.
  • Then, place a colander over a bowl and line it with cheesecloth.
  • Place the mixture in the colander. Then use a plate to press out the moisture of the mix into the bowl.
  • To get everything, around the remaining mixture wrap the cheesecloth. Squeeze the other part of the moisture out.
  • Pour the liquid through a funnel into bottles. Enjoy!

This tonic is extremely potent.

For daily immune boosting use: Drink 1-2 ounces, two or more times a day. Be sure not to dilute it with water even though the taste is extremely powerful.
