Many people wear glasses or make laser surgery. They have to deal with poor eyesight. This problem for some people is actually trying to see objects that are far away or focusing on objects which are close to their faces. Wearing contact lenses or glasses generally helps but is there natural way to repair the vision? Luckily, the answer is YES! Here is how:


  1. Resting our Eyes

Give your eyes little break few times a day is crucial for better vision. This means anything from closing the eyes for a few minutes to going into a room with low lighting. If you spend your entire day looking at a computer screen then adjust the brightness so it does not directly strain your eyes.

  1. Take Your Glasses Off

If you wear glasses then try spending some time not wearing them. Take regular small breaks from looking at your computer. Try using the 20-20-20 rule. For every 20 minutes of computer use, take a break. The break means staring at something that is 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

Spending time in nature is very important part for our general health. If you are hiking through a ravine or hanging out in a park there is less of a chance that your eyes will be exposed to light sources that may damage your vision.

  1. Warm Compression

The method of warm compression is commonly used to treat eye problems. Gently press damp and warm cloth against the eyes for half an hour every day. This method has been proven to help moisten dry eyes.

  1. Adding To Your Diet

It’s very important to eat a good amount of sweet potatoes and carrots every day. These types of food are high in vitamin A, a nutrient which is essential to good vision.

  1. Exercising Your Eyes
