Breakfast with chia seeds and oats
You have a delicious, nutritious and energetic bomb for breakfast. The ingredients in the recipe are for 2 people.
- 1 cup oatmeal.
- 500 ml of water.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
- 2 tablespoons honey.
- 1 pinch of salt sea.
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds.
Place water, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl over high heat. When it starts to boil, put on low heat. Add oats and cook for around 5 minutes. Remember that you should not cover the container.
Remove from heat and let stand. Now, you must cover the container and wait 5 minutes.
Add honey and a pinch of salt on the lot, and mix well. Serve hot in a bowl and put portion chia seeds.
Before eating, mix well all. You can also add blackberries, strawberries, apple, banana or fruit that you prefer.
