If something is wrong with one or both of these organs, it is easy to see that the body will not function as it should.

There are a lot of available gallbladder and liver flushes or detoxes available for use. However, for those who are new to the detox game, adding the vegetables and fruits listed below to your diet is a good start.

For the liver, you can eat garlic, beets, grapefruit, carrots, leafy green vegetables, green tea, avocados, apples, buckwheat, quinoa, limes, lemons, walnuts, cabbage, and turmeric.

For the gallbladder, consume real citrus fruits, apple juice, lemon juice, unrefined olive oil, and lots of water.

The kidneys are located just below the rib cage, and they work together to remove waste and toxins from the blood. They turn waste and these toxins into urine, and that is how toxins leave the body. Key for a healthy body are Healthy kidneys.

Fruit is necessary in order to detox each organ especially the kidneys. Consume every fruit and naturally made fruit juices. You can also add turmeric, ginger, kale, parsley, and pumpkin seeds to your diet to increase kidney health.



The intestines have the role to move the food we eat through our bodies. Healthy intestines take the needed nutrients from the foods we eat and move along what we don’t need. 90% of all food and water absorption happens in small intestines. The large intestine absorbs water and pushes everything else out of the body.
