Bananas are super fruits! They contain 3 types of sugars: sucrose, fructose and glucose, as well as fiber. That is the combination which makes our feeling of satiety to last long.

Eating only two bananas a day are enough for a 90-minute workout. However, energy is not the only good part of this great fruit.
