This diet consists of a cycle of twenty days in which days you are eating strictly two meals.
The quantity of meals is not limited! What you must keep in mind is that after completing the diet cycle of 20 days, you must make a break of one month. After one month you can continue again with the 20 days diet cycle.
What is also very important, you should consume the following meals in a distance of at least 6 hours.
The Diet is guaranteed!
For example: the first meal at 10 am and the second at 17 o’clock.
Day 1 – Macaroni with cheese or yogurt to your taste boiled or baked.
Day 2 – Rice prepared in oven. You can eat in combination with cheese or yogurt.
Day 3, 4 and 5 – Chicken meat with salad boiled or grilled without fat and no oil in it.
Day 6, 7 and 8 – Veal with salad (lettuce for example). Let the meat be cooked.
Day 9, 10 and 11 – Fish with salad prepared to your taste. Baked in oven or tuna from a can, but without oil, just with water.
Day 12, 13 and 14 – Grain vegetables like beans, peas, lentils or beans prepared as stews.
Day 15 and 16 – Potatoes in all possible variants. Baked, boiled (fried is OK as well but try to avoid it)
Day 17 – “Fruit Day” – day when you should eat just fruit as much as you want.
18th Day – Macaroni with cheese or yogurt, just like the first day of the diet.
Day 19 – Rice as the second day.
Day 20 – Believe it or not, you can eat whatever you want from sweets (chocolate, pancakes) combined in 2 meals.
There is no limit in the quantity of food but pay attention to consume everything in two meals. During this process of eating healthy food you can actually drink everything – coffee, sugar or smoothies. In salads or any meal you can use little olive oil (only one teaspoon).
