Then, one further study from the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry tried to understand better how red wine can aid weight loss. What exactly is going on with our body and the influence of grapes.

They made an experiment with mice. It actually revealed that mice that “drank” wine grape extract stored less liver fat. They also had lower blood sugar levels. Evidently, the acids in the grapes can help slow the growth and delay the fat cells.
