Budwig Diet is the Key for Curing Cancer! This Woman Has the Answer
This simple recipe for curing cancer is unreal for many doctors. Why? Because it’s 100% natural and it doesn’t include medicine. The key is the dairy product “quark” in combination with flax seed oil. Besides the stress management and lots of walking in nature, this was the diet of Budwig who succeeded to fight cancer.
As we said, that core protocol is the combination of cottage cheese and flax seed oil. It was originally flax seed oil and quark, which is crumbly white cheese resembling ricotta. It is very common product among Scandinavian countries, Balkans, German speaking nations, and Eastern European region. Unfortunately, quark is not available in America. So instead of quark you can use cottage cheese.
For many doctors this Budwig Diet is stated as “curing cancer with cottage cheese is wishful thinking”. Johanna Budwig had a 90% plus cancer cure rate in Germany over a period of 50 years among 4500 patients who had different types of cancers. Some victims of cancer even had terminal stage. And she cured with her very own protocol.
The Scientific Basis of Using Quark or Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed Oil for Curing Cancer
In the early 1950`s as a physicist and biochemist, Johanna was a senior scientist in the German Federal Health Office. It’s an institution like the American FDA but with less bureaucratic corruption. Her task was to help German pharmaceutical companies to determine what might be appropriate for cancer curing medication.
One pharmaceutical company forwarded applications to her for a sulfhydryl group, which are proteins (amino acids) that contain sulfur. That company was considering applying the sulfhydryl group toward cancer medication. The data from that company enabled Budwig to get an overview of the problems involved with oxygenating cancer cells through dietary means. Cancer cells cannot thrive in oxygen.
This was an area that the 1931 Nobel Prize winner Otto Warburg had hoped to resolve. He was the one who discovered that cancer cells could not survive in an oxygen rich environment. They can thrive in an anaerobic environment. He was looking for a respiratory enzyme that would help oxygenate cancer cells.
Dr. Warburg knew that fats had something to do with enhancing or inhibiting cellular oxygen absorption, but during his time fats in fact there wasn’t classification of their function and biochemical structures.
Johanna Budwig discovered around 1951 methods for determining the different properties of fatty acids.
She then continued her study and research categorizing the different properties of fatty acids. Dr. Warburg examined the molecular properties of many fats, determining the following:
- if they were isolating lauric acid or linoleic acid
- if they were saturated or unsaturated, and
- Enhanced or inhibited cellular oxygen absorption.
Most of what we know today about fatty acids comes actually from the research discoveries of Johann Budwig.
By 1952, Dr. Budwig submitted a paper on the results of her research for curing cancer, stating the following:
The respiratory enzymes, without these fatty acids, cannot function and the person suffocates, even when he is given oxygen-rich air. A insufficiency in these highly unsaturated fatty-acids impairs a lot of vital functions. First of all, it decreases the person’s supply of available oxygen. We cannot survive without food and air. We cannot survive without these fatty acids.
Therefore, Johanna Budwig had determined that organic pure cold pressed flaxseed oil was the most suitable fat to combine with an easy to eat protein-sulfur of quark/cottage cheese for the elusive respiratory enzyme that could penetrate cancer cells.
These two disparate foods were able to combine and create the oxygen within cancer cells for restoring normalcy.
The Budwig Diet had extensive research, which was not even possible until her discoveries of how to determine the properties of fatty acids. Quark or Cottage cheese with pure cold pressed flax oil for curing cancer is not a culinary quirk.
When you’ll watch the following video, please realize that low fat cottage cheese is only was recommended because low fat was the dimwitted trend for very long time. Whole milk products, raw if possible, are perfectly fine.
