Antibiotic Soup – Healthy Meal that Cures Everything!

How to make the antibiotic soup?
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Fresh ginger – it can be grated (2 tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon curcuma
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- little grated cloves
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 apples, washed, cleaned and chopped
- 1 pumpkin (4 slices)
- Chive (more you put, better it is!)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
First, put the oil olive in a pot on medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook for 6-8 minutes until they get “soft”. Then add the ginger, curcuma, cinnamon and the cloves and cook all together for one minute. Add 3 cups of water together with the carrot, pumpkin and the apple. When it will start to boil, spice with Himalayan salt and pepper and cover it. Let it boil for 20-25 minutes. Then leave it to cool and mash all ingredients or put them in blender. At the end add the sour cream and decorate with the chive. Serve and eat it hot.
