Healthy Chocolate Smoothie

Nothing simpler and faster that this recipe!

Ingredients for Healthy Chocolate Smoothie:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon mint
  • 250 ml Soya milk vanilla flavor (you can also try it with homemade almond milk)

 

Preparation:

First, cut banana and avocado into small pieces and put them in blender. Add all other ingredients from the list. Mix until you get homogeneous and nice smoothie. Serve Healthy Chocolate Smoothie in glass and drink it in one second!

 

Advice: Try it before serving. If it’s not sweet you can add brown sugar if you want or little bit more honey.  But it’s always best to consume it with no additional sweeteners. Feel free to experiment and maybe second time when you make it, you can add dark chocolate in it. It won’t make it sweeter in taste but the color will be darker. Of course, it will give different taste.

It’s healthy bomb for starting your day or even to make it in the middle of the day as snack. It contains ingredients (such as honey, cocoa and banana) that improve your memory and concentration during the day.
